Passion 2024 is a gathering for the collegiate generation and is open to anyone who is 18-25 years old. High school seniors may attend even if they are not 18 years old. Adult ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with their students.

We use the term “Door Holder” instead of the word “volunteer.” The term is borrowed from Psalm 84:10, which speaks of being a door keeper in the house of God. Door Holders at Passion 2024 are individuals who have experienced God’s glory and now want to hold the door to make a way for others to enter in. This is the heart and attitude we want our Door Holders to assume — one of service in preparing the way for others to have a powerful experience with Jesus.
Door Holder is a term that encompasses all who serve at Passion gatherings — not just those who literally hold physical doors! From those who are serving around the venue to those serving from the stage, we are all Door Holders.
Yes. Passion has negotiated a discounted rate with various hotels in Atlanta. Hotel blocks will be available for booking on February 15. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
Any scholarships given will be applied toward ticket cost for Passion 2024 at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Travel/lodging arrangements and meals will still be your responsibility.
High school seniors are welcome to attend Passion 2024, even if they are not yet 18. High school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors and those younger are asked not to attend Passion 2024 until they are 18 years old or seniors in high school.
The ticket includes the cost of participating in all Main Sessions of Passion 2024 and materials needed for the gathering.
You may apply to be a Door Holder if you are over the age of 25. For the gathering to be possible, we need Door Holders who are willing to serve throughout the entire gathering in various roles. For more information about serving as a Passion 2024 Door Holder please visit here.
All attendees are responsible for securing their own lodging. Passion is unable to assist in finding alternate lodging options outside of the offered hotels.
You may apply for a scholarship if you meet the following requirements:
1. You are between the ages of 18-25.
2. You are financially unable to purchase a ticket and have not already registered for Passion 2024.
3. You recognize that you will be responsible for all additional expenses (travel, lodging, meals).
You may view the Passion 2024 session schedule here. Doors will open at 5p on January 3 and the last session is expected around noon on January 5. Schedule is subject to change during Passion 2024.
If you are the leader of a group of students attending Passion 2024, you may purchase a ticket to attend Passion 2024. If you are not a leader, you are invited to apply to serve as a Door Holder. You can get more information about serving as a Door Holder here.
You may purchase a ticket online and pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that you will be redirected to a TicketSpice event page to purchase your tickets.
If you are buying 10 or more tickets, you have the option to pay by check. Checks should be made payable to Passion Conferences LLC and sent to 515 Garson Dr NE Atlanta, GA 30324. Please include your order number in the memo line. Passion Conferences must receive your check payment within 10 business days of your completed online registration to avoid cancellation of your order. Please note that you will not receive your tickets until your payment has been received.
All tickets purchased after December 1, 2023 must be paid for with a credit or debit card.
You may apply to be a Door Holder if you are over the age of 25. We want students to be able to fully experience the gathering. Door Holders work hard behind the scenes throughout the entire gathering, serving the students who are participating; therefore, we ask all students to attend Passion 2024.
All attendees are responsible for securing their own travel accommodations. Passion is unable to assist in the travel to and from Atlanta.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium operates on a Clear Bag Policy. For the quickest entry into the stadium, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag to Passion 2024. If a bag is necessary, the bag must meet the following criteria in order to enter the stadium:
- Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag.
- Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted into the stadium.
Here are two inexpensive, complying clear bags that can be purchased on Amazon.
Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size will not be permitted. Exceptions will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the gate upon arrival. Attendees with non-complying bags can store their bags for a fee (cash or card payment accepted) at one of the bag valet locations outside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

You will immediately receive an automated order confirmation email from TicketSpice which includes your Passion 2024 ticket. Please note that if you pay by check you will not receive your tickets until your full payment has been received.

All attendees are responsible for finding their own daily transportation to and from the venue. Passion is unable to assist with transportation to and from Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Scholarship recipients will be notified via email within 30 days of us receiving your application. Please be sure to set your junk/spam filter to allow messages from passion2024@268generation.com. If you are offered a scholarship, you will have 24 hours to accept your Passion 2024 scholarship and activate your Passion 2024 ticket.
While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at Passion 2024. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend or serve at Passion 2024.
When you purchase your Passion 2024 ticket, a TicketSpice account will automatically be created for you. To claim your account, use the link below and click on the ‘Claim Your Account’ button. You will be asked to enter your email address and you will receive an email to verify your account and create your password.

You will not need to purchase a ticket to serve at Passion 2024, but Door Holders are responsible for their own travel expenses and meals.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium requires all parking passes to be purchased online prior to arrival and will be available early in the fall of 2023. We encourage all attendees who are within walking distance to plan to leave their car(s) parked at their hotel. MARTA will also be available for daily transportation as it runs directly to and from Mercedes-Benz Stadium. For train maps and information, please visit itsmarta.com.
Because of the nature of the application, any applications submitted on behalf of multiple people will not be considered.
A boxed lunch will be served on January 4. Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch. However, once lunch has been served to attendees, anyone needing to purchase other food will be released to do so from venue concessions where special diet options will be available. Only card and mobile payment forms will be accepted, as Mercedes-Benz Stadium is now an entirely cashless venue. Learn more about the cashless program here. You are not required to enter unique ticket holder information for each ticket when registering. You may always update your tickets in your TicketSpice account at any time during the year.
Your schedule for Passion 2024 will depend on your specific team assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Lead. You should be prepared to be available throughout the entire gathering.

Please do not apply for a scholarship if you have already purchased a ticket for Passion 2024. If you have already registered for Passion 2024, we will not refund your ticket purchase if you receive a scholarship.
As per the Mercedes-Benz Stadium policy, food and beverage is not allowed to be brought into the stadium. Please leave all food or beverage items at hotel or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. The only exceptions are approved medically necessary snacks.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase on the concourses once you enter the stadium. Only card and mobile payment forms will be accepted, as Mercedes-Benz Stadium is now an entirely cashless venue. Learn more about the cashless program here.
Tickets purchased for Passion 2024 are non-refundable, however, they are transferrable to another individual through your TicketSpice account at any time.
Door Holders will need to be available to serve at Passion 2024 the morning of January 3.
Scholarships cannot be transferred to another person.

While Passion 2024 tickets are nonrefundable, they are transferrable to another individual for Passion 2024.
If you want to gift your tickets to another individual: Go to your order confirmation and scroll to the ticket you would like to transfer. Click “View Ticket” and then click “Text My Ticket” in the top left corner. From there you will be able to text the ticket link to the recipient.
If you want to sell your ticket to another individual: Go here to access your TicketSpice Account. Click “Tickets” and then “Transfer.” From there you will follow the steps to initiate a Transfer. The person receiving the transferred tickets will receive an email initiating the transfer and will complete the transfer by entering their payment information for the tickets. Once that transaction is complete, the tickets will be refunded to the original purchaser’s account.
Door Holders need to be available to serve through the end of Passion 2024 and for load-out following. Your Team Leads will release you once your load-out responsibilities are completed.

The Late Night session following Session 5 on January 4 will be a special time of worship you are not going to want to miss. Make plans to stay because if you choose to leave the stadium following Session 5 you will not be able re-enter.
Mercedes-Benz stadium has a comprehensive security plan for all events which will be followed for Passion 2024. In addition, we work with the venue, local law enforcement, and national law enforcement to make sure there are safety measures in place for our attendees. This includes, but is not limited to: bag checks, metal detectors, a police presence, and other security precautions. Due to the nature of security, we cannot discuss more details than this, but please know it is of utmost importance to our team.
Tickets purchased for Passion 2024 are only valid for Passion 2024. They are unable to be used for future Passion Conferences gatherings.
We realize that emergencies sometimes arise and alter your availability to serve. If you apply and later find out that you cannot serve, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fill your position. Teams experience significant challenges if notice is not given, so the earlier you can let us know, the better.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium will not allow luggage into the stadium. Bag Valets with very limited space are available at two locations outside of the stadium. We strongly recommend making arrangements with your hotel to store your luggage until the end of Passion 2024.
No. All additional tickets for your group will need to be registered in a separate order at the current ticket price.
Passion 2024 is designed for college students, high school seniors, and their leaders. If you are a college pastor, you and your students will benefit most from you participating in the gathering with them.
We appreciate your interest; however, we do not offer exhibitor space at our gatherings.
No. All additional ticket orders must be purchased separately at the current ticket price. Orders of the same ticket price and orders of different ticket prices cannot be merged. All seating is general admission, so this will not prevent your group from finding seats together.
Serving at Passion 2024 does not allow for much participation in the gathering itself. Please come willing to serve and fully aware that there may not be time to attend the gathering.
We do not allow professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, or video or audio recordings during Main Sessions, as we desire that everyone be free from distraction to experience Passion 2024.
No. All tickets are general admission and cover admission to all Main Sessions of Passion 2024. Tickets for individual sessions are not available.
We encourage Door Holders to stay near the venue due to the full schedule of Passion 2024. We have negotiated discounted rates for Passion Door Holders in nearby hotels, which are listed in the email you receive once your Door Holder application has been processed. We strongly advise that you wait to make any non-refundable travel plans until you receive your team assignment.

We would also like to encourage you to bring your financial request to the Lord. It may seem small to commit to pray specifically and regularly about a conference, but we have been continually blown away by how God has blessed students and groups with financial support in the most God-specific ways. Sometimes letting people in your church/ministry/family know of the need is the first step in receiving the funds. Often, people are excited to give once they know there is a need that they can pour into.
We trust God's heart and plan for each person who will be at Passion 2024. If scholarships do become available we will announce them on our social media.
All Door Holders are responsible for their own transportation to and from the stadium.
We care greatly about theology and would encourage you to read the the 268declaration. While not a comprehensive statement of beliefs, this has been the heartbeat of Passion since our early days in 1997. While we are a movement that unites Jesus-followers from different traditions, we take care to make sure that our teaching is Scripturally based and keeps God at the center.
While there typically are no group rates as we strive to offer the lowest possible price for all attendees, we are currently offering $20 off each ticket when you register 10 or more. This rate will expire on October 31 at 11:59p ET.

All groups eligible for group seating will be contacted approximately one month before the event and all other seating is general admission. Groups who are offered group seating may accept or decline, and available seating will continue to be offered until full.
If you are able to serve before January 3, we will be preparing the environments for students and it will take several days to fully set up for Passion 2024. If you would like to help with load-in, please indicate on your application the days you are available prior to January 3 or contact us here.
We do not offer a payment plan for Passion 2024 tickets.
However, one option we have found that may be useful to you is a third-party app called Klarna that allows you to enter your card information up front and will bill you every two weeks until the amount is paid in full.
